All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

- **United States**: Standard shipping (7-14 business days) - Free on orders over $29.90. Flat rate of $3.99 for orders under $29.90.
- **International**: Shipping times vary by destination (10-20 business days). Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

## Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Please note that some countries may impose customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

## Lost or Stolen Packages
Lovy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
