# Refund Policy
## Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Lovy hair brush. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within **30 days** of delivery.

### Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Personal care items (like hair brushes) are only eligible for return if unopened and sealed, for hygiene reasons.

### How to request a return:
1.  Contact us at info@lovybeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
2.  We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
3.  Ship the item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

## Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

## Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for the same product in a different color (if applicable) or a replacement for defective items.
- You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for exchanges.
